Hello,
jet.hasweb.com went Had to be restored last night as its primary drive failed . The restore is about 80% completed.
The rest of the restore should be fully completed in about 4-5 hours. We will keep this post updated.

Restore Status is about 25% completed:
The accounts are being restored in alphabetical order of their username. Some accounts are already resolving and loading fine. Please allow 4-6hrs for the restore to be completed.

Hello,
About 2 hrs ago jet41.hasweb.com went into a read only file system and has been going to a kernel panic since then. We decided that the best course of action at this time is to proceed with a full system restore.
This will take between 5-12 hours. We will keep this post updated.

Jet17 will be undergoing a full restore due to a possible drive failure in the near future. The restore will be scheduled for Friday March 21st at 11:59PM 3/21/08. This can take between 4-12 hours to complete. All data will be restored.
