Jet41.Hasweb.com, Dime111.dizinc.com, and Dime114.dizinc.com will be taken offline at approximately 3:00AM EST to upgrade their backup drives. This downtime will only last about 5-10 minutes.

Dime54 is now maintaining a very healthy load, and resolving sites without issue. Earlier, Apache was recompiled for maintenance reasons. While this maintenance was unexpected, it was crucial for overall server health.

Hello,
Dime65 restore has been completed successfully roughly 2 hours ago. We are now in the process of moving the server back to its original location. This should not cause any more than 5 minutes of downtime.

Dime123 is doing well. Accounts starting with ‘b’ are being moved over from the failing disk to the new disk. MySQL databases and cPanel data have already been completed.

Dime123’s primary disk is showing signs of old age. The result of this is increased I/O times, and as such, a constant high load for the customers hosted on this machine. We are scheduling this server for a major facelift on Friday, June 19th, 2009 @ 6PM EST. Clients on this machine will see a major performance boost due to new hardware all around.

At this time, we are reviewing dime123 for overall server stability. We have seen recent high spikes in load and are investigating all avenues for a long term solution. Connectivity is currently intermittent, and we are working to return the server to full functionality as quickly as possible. Please stay tuned to this page for more details shortly.
