Ruk2 Update

Hello,

The first FSCK has completed successfully, however the server is requiring that a second FSCK run. We have begun this and it is currently at 10%.

Ruk2 – FSCK

Hello,

The [ruk2.dizinc.com] server is currently undergoing an emergency File System Check (FSCK) and will be back online as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience during this time.

UPDATE: The FSCK is currently at 63% complete and moving along fairly quickly. We do not anticipate that it will be very much longer.

Unforseen Power Integration Issues :: 01.10.11

16:55 EST Update :: Thank you all for your patience. As of now, we are almost at complete service restoration and seeing a small amount of servers still experiencing issues. If you are among those who are still experiencing issues at this time, please update or open a ticket with our Help Desk and we will assess the issue. We are still keeping all hands on at our Datacenter as well as our Callcenter to ensure our clients have the most up to date information possible regarding this downtime.

Thank you again for all of your understanding during this difficult time. We assure all of our clients that we will have a full incident report regarding this issue as promptly as possible.

14:56 EST Update :: The vast majority of our Datacenter has resumed proper operation and we are working diligently to ensure the rest returns as soon as humanly possible. We have all possible staff on shift working to resolve these issues and we assure all of our clients we are taking every action possible to ensure a proper resolution is had as soon as possible.

14:06 EST Update :: Over half of the datacenter has been restored at this time and the other half is returning very soon as well. We will continue updates as we receive them.

Issues with dime2.dizinc.com

At around 7 am this morning dime2.dizinc.com began getting a DDoS attack which would affect clients on this server. Our techs have been working on getting this issue resolved and as it stands now the server has regained most of the functionality and the stability is being monitored at this moment. We will update this thread with more information as soon as possible.
